Once clients register for our services, cancellations are not permitted. The amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute regarding the amount paid and the services rendered, the jurisdiction lies in Delhi, and arbitration will be conducted accordingly.
Any disputes related to making and repairing services and other issues between both parties will be handled by the appointed arbitrator of the company. If the company fails to deliver the full extent of the services promised, the client will be responsible for the company's charges.
Once we check your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For repairs and minor adjustments, our team will strive to complete the service within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving the item at our facility.
For more extensive repairs or custom orders, the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the work required. We will provide you with an estimated timeline upon assessment of your item.
