We kindly request our customers to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions before proceeding with their order to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Terms and Conditions:
- Workmanship warranty will be valid for 6 months from the date of order dispatched. The warranty includes stitching and alignment.
- The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, forceful damage of fabric/leather.
- Cleaning of sofa, bed, curtains, and wall panels not included.
- Cancellation or return of the product may not be possible in case of damage due to misuse, damage due to malfunctioning, product if tampered and in case of missing items.
- Please notify us of the damage/defect in the product received within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery, after which the complaint will not be entertained.
- No changes with respect to modification of sofa/bed/fabic wall panel/design/fabric change will be entertained after 24 hours of pick-up of the product.
- 50% of the amount has to be paid in advance within 24 hours from the time of pick-up and the remaining 50% after the work is complete.
- Delivery will be scheduled only after the balance payment is made.
- Delivery will be scheduled 48 hours after receiving confirmation of the product by the customer.
- Payment will be accepted via semi-closed wallet (PAYTM, GOOGLE PAY, PHONEPE), Cash, Net banking, IMPS, RTGS.
- Debit/Credit card issued in India will be accepted.
- No credit facility will be provided under any circumstances.
- The minimum time required to complete the work will be 7-9 working days. If there is any delay due to unforeseen reasons, prior information shall be given.
General Instruction of sofamakerpro: Once the material is acknowledged by the customer, the company will not be responsible for any changes made to the material by the customer.
General Instruction of Payments:
Please note that 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance within 24 hours of pickup, and the remaining 50% after the work is complete. Delivery will only be scheduled once the balance payment has been received. Payment can be made via semi-closed wallet services (PAYTM, GOOGLE PAY, PHONEPE), Cash, Net banking, IMPS, RTGS, or through links provided by payment gateways such as Razorpay or Instamojo. We accept debit/credit cards issued in India, but no credit facility will be provided under any circumstances.
The minimum time required to complete the work will be 7-9 working days. If there is any delay due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you in advance.
Once the material is acknowledged by the customer, sofamakerpro will not be responsible for any changes made to the material by the customer.

What user or customer information does sofamakerpro collect?

- Your transaction or banking details, such as credit card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV. However, we do not store internet banking or other payment instruments information.
- Your previous orders and transactions, including the product and pricing details, the date of purchase, transaction information, payment history, etc.
- Information from optional online surveys on our or third-party sites, which may include demographic information (like gender, age, income) as well as product and service preferences of users.
How does sofamakerpro utilize user or customer information?
We only collect user or customer information as required to conduct our business and provide the best services to our users and customers. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties. User or customer information will be used as described below:
- User and customer information will be shared with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners, which are also involved in delivering the service to you as a customer in your buying process.
- We will also need to share some or all of your information in the case of acquisitions by or mergers with other business entities.
- We use some of the user and customer information defined above to understand customer behavior and thus offer better and more relevant experiences to you.
